This baiting needle is designed for use with delicate baits that can easily be damaged or split by a wider diameter needle.

The Super Fine Braid Needle is still very strong though and has a round profile, with a tapered point making it easy to push through harder baits such as tiger nuts and small pop-ups. It has a recessed barb to ensure that it will retain your hair loop in place whilst it is pulled through the bait, and despite its name, it can also be used with mono as well as braid. The handle allows you to get a good grip, and is colour-coded in blue for easy identification of the correct needle if you have a range of them in your tackle box.
