Phone numbers are used to contact you if there is an issue with your order and are also sometimes used by the courier to contact you in the event of a delay or problem. Our 1 - 2 day free and standard delivery service is only an estimate. Most orders arrive within 2 working days but occasionally there can be delays. (holiday seasons etc)
We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 2 days of your order being placed (usually the next day).
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an update via email as well as within your Stansted Angling account (providing you created an account when placing your order).
(Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders processed after midday but we will try our best).
Customers ordering for delivery to Scotland, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or anywhere outside of the UK should contact us before placing your order as extra carriage charges may apply. These are not automatically applied at checkout currently and may cause unnecessary delays whilst we try to get in touch with you, so please let us know what items you are looking for and we will be in touch with the relevant pricing.
We will be shipping your orders right up until the last day of opening, but we cannot guarantee delivery of your items if they are placed the week before Christmas.

Christmas Last Shipping & Gift Voucher Delivery
Due to the fact that our couriers cannot 100% guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after the 20th of December we are strongly suggesting that customers contact us before placing their orders if they are required urgently. We will let you know if we can get your item(s) to you any quicker.
Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards will be sent to your chosen email address automatically on the date you have entered.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your item(s) stating the issue you are having and we will contact you to work out a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you are returning an item please make sure it is sealed and in its original packaging.
Return shipping must be arranged as well as costs covered by the customer.
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time scale (shown when your order was first placed) please contact us either through email or phone and we will open an investigation with our courier company to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
