Phone numbers are used to contact you if there is an issue with your order and are also sometimes used by the courier to contact you in the event of a delay or problem. (If you would prefer your phone number and/or email address not be passed on to the courier company please let us know either through email or in your order notes.)
Our 5 - 7 day free and standard delivery service is only an estimate. Most orders arrive within 3 - 5 working days but occasionally there can be delays. (holiday seasons etc)
We aim to dispatch all stocked items within 2 days of your order being placed (usually the next day).
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an update via email as well as within your Stansted Angling account (providing you created an account when placing your order).
Our site currently only supports standard shipping services of 5 - 7 days, but if you would like your item(s) quicker please call or email us directly and we will let you know if we can provide a next day service along with pricing. (Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders processed after midday but we will try our best).
Outside the UK?
Customers ordering for delivery to Scotland, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or anywhere outside of the UK should contact us before placing your order as extra carriage charges may apply. These are not automatically applied at checkout currently and may cause unnecessary delays whilst we try to get in touch with you so please let us know what items you are looking for and we will be in touch with the relevant pricing.
We will be shipping your orders right up until the 23rd of December but we cannot guarantee delivery of your items if they are placed after Friday 18th December due to shipping demand.
If you are worried that your delivery will not arrive in time for Christmas please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Christmas Last Shipping & Gift Voucher Delivery
Due to the fact that our couriers cannot 100% guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after the 18th of December we are suggesting that customers contact us before placing their orders if they are required urgently. We will let you know if we can get your item to you any quicker.
Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards will be sent to the chosen email address automatically once your order has been placed, all year round, even on Christmas day.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your item(s) stating the issue you are having and we will contact you to work out a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you are returning an item please make sure it is sealed and in it's original packaging.
Return shipping must be arranged and costs covered by the customer.
If you have not received your order within the stated delivery time scale (shown when your order was first placed) please contact us either through email or phone and we will open an investigation with our courier company to get the issue resolved.
